"I recently had to file a claim for a cracked windshield. Austin and his staff could not have been more professional, friendly, and prompt in setting up the repair. The next week I dropped my car off at the shop and the windshield was replaced the same day. I hope I don't have to file another claim any time soon, but I know that if I do I can trust that Austin will take care of it."
